WildCheff’s Gourmet Kettle Corn

  • 1. In a medium pot (with a tight fitting lid), heat 2-4 tablespoons of oil (veggie, canola or sunflower) over medium-high heat.
  • 2. Toss in a couple of corn kernels. When the kernels pop, the oil is hot enough to add 1/4 cup of corn kernels + 2 tablespoons of the WildCheff Popcorn Seasoning Blend of your choice. Stir to mix and cover the pot.
  • 3. Shake the pan directly over the heat until the popping slows down to once every few seconds.
  • 4. Immediately transfer to a bowl so the sugar in the blend does not burn.
  • 5. Serve and enjoy!
  • 6. Note: If you would like butter, melt unsalted butter and mix in after you have transferred the popcorn to a bowl. For those who are watching cholesterol – I would highly suggest substituting WildCheff Butter Olive Oil vs. the unsalted butter. You will love the buttery taste!
