Herbed Champagne Basting Butter

This basting butter makes for a great way to add moisture and flavor to fish that you are grilling.

Instructions

  • 1. Melt butter in sauce pan and add lemon juice, champagne and then herbs, making sure that they are all well mixed.
  • 2. Brush your fish with basting butter just before placing on grill and continue to baste during cooking process.
  • 3. Brush with champagne sauce just before serving. The remaining sauce can be used for dipping and/or drizzling over fish at the table.
