Corn Polenta Puree

A tasty corn puree that can be used as a base to serve venison on.

Instructions

  • 1. Place corn kernels, Wild Cheff Tuscan Spice Blend, salt and pepper in blender and process until pureed.
  • 2. Heat up butter in a medium sized saute pan/skillet and after it is melted, add puree to pan.
  • 3. Bring to a boil and cook for approx. 45 seconds, or until it thickens.
  • 4. Use as a base to serve venison over.
