WildCheff Enterprises was founded in 1995 by Chef Denny Corriveau. The award-winning master chef has focused on meal preparation with wild game, free-range and organic ingredients. Chef Corriveau has spent over 25 years developing Wild Game Recipes, Free Range Recipes, Preservative-free Seasonings, all developed to enhance natural flavors.
In addition to his many guest television and radio appearances, Chef Corriveau has taught wild game and organic cooking through his Free Range Culinary Institute (formerly the New England School of Fish and Game) and he offers organic wild game catering services for special events and private parties.
Chef Corriveau has developed an extensive line of gourmet spice blends, custom sausage blends, flavorful brines, natural sea salts, artisan sugars, flavored olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and trendy popcorn seasonings. All of his products are all natural, preservative free, gluten-free, and MSG-free.
He has also developed hundreds of unique recipes specific to wild game, free range and organic ingredients. The recipes are available through a variety of resources including the website, his cookbooks, newsletters, and culinary magazines nationally to include Foodies of New Engalnd.
Chef Corriveau’s family roots originate from the Bordeaux & Cognac region of France. He studied numerous cooking styles throughout his travels in Canada, New England, Texas and the Southwest. As an avid fisherman, hunter, chef, and motivational speaker, he has utilized his unique culinary expertise to educate others on both the pleasures and health benefits of free-range eating .
Chef Corriveau provides culinary expertise to a host of regional and national organizations such as the National Bison Association, North American Deer Farmers and Elk Breeder Associations, Safari Club International, Ducks Unlimited, the Ruffed Grouse Society, several state Fish & Game Departments, Cabela’s, Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School, The Cervid Livestock Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project, New England Outdoor Writers Association, Becoming An Outdoorswomen, and many other organizations. The WildCheff is well-known for his acclaimed wild and free range food, attracting a host of well-known celebrities to hire him and feature his unique food creations.
