Grilled Swordfish with Cinnamon & Chili Rub

Instructions

  • 1. Place all ingredients except swordfish into a large zip lock bag. Mix ingredients together.
  • 2. Add swordfish steaks to bag. Seal bag (remove excess air when you seal bag.)
  • 3. Maneuver bag so that fish gets coated by marinade, then place into refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • 4. Grill over medium haet for approximately 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • 5. Serve with yoru favorite flavor of couscous, accompanied by fruit salsa.
