Ginger Citrus Baked Woodcock

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
  • 2. Coat birds with WC Blood Orange Olive Oil and then add desired amount of Lemon Pepper to inside and outside of birds, then place them into a baking dish that has been lightly coated with olive oil.
  • 3. In a saucepan, heat butter, Ginger Citrus Blend, orange juice, water, wine, orange zest and grapes.
  • 4. Pour sauce over the birds and cook for 45-50 minutes, basting with sauce every 10 minutes.
  • 5. Serve with wild rice that is studded with dried fruit and seasonal veggies.
