Every once in a while you get a unique opportunity to combine your love of cooking with doing something that has a positive impact on people's lives. I am honored and privileged to work with Matt Light of the New England Patriots who has a tremendous Foundation that helps children to learn valuable skills that will help them succeeed in life. Thanks Matt - together we are making a difference in children's lives!!!

Radio Appearances

The WildCheff occasionally appears on Maine Outdoors, a weekly broadcast run by V. Paul Reynolds, that reaches out to 12 counties in Northern and Eastern Maine. The broadcast features "live" discussion on a host of outdoor topics that tie into hunting, fishing and enjoying the great outdoors of Maine. Listeners gain valuable insight and have the opportunity to interact with featured guests and the host team by calling in on the various topics covered.
