Master - Donny Moore
Born and bred in the great State of Maine, Donny has established
himself as accomplished authority on all aspects of butchering and handling all forms of game meat.
I have personally witnessed Donny's expertise with processing wild game and it is truly impressive. Donny
is a featured meat expert for the New England School of Fish & Game Clinics; helping us to teach outdoorsmen the proper
care and processing techniques for making the most out of their harvested wild game.

The youngest
member of the WildCheff Culinary Team is Lindsey Forkey. Lindsey comes from a rich culinary background that stems
from her ethnic roots, where she has practiced various styles of cooking. Her passion for food has translated into her love
of cooking, by utilizing things such as wild and farm-raised game, organic meats and veggies, and the incorporation of WildCheff
Herb Blends with foraged ingredients into her food preparation. Lindsey’s enthusiasm for cooking is evident as
she shares her knowledge through teaching organic culinary classes, and works with the WildCheff to share a mutual
love of cooking with all natural ingredients, coupled with a targeted focus on the importance of where the food we consume

As an instrumental member of the WildCheff
Culinary Team, Kim Pratt, a former vegan, has an exciting story to tell. After a two year intensive commitment to
regained her faculties from a life-threatening head-on car collision, Kim was faced with an auto-immune disease that would
have drastically shortened her life. Through the advice of her integrated medical doctor it was recommended that Kim
transition to eating wild game for it's health benefits; and so her journey began. By consuming wild game, she not only
increased her personal health, but developed an interest in hunting and cooking game. As a female member of the WildCheff
Team, Kim is now a WildCheff protégé and integral part of working in partnership with the WildCheff
so they can carry on the mission of educating women, men and children on the advantages of consuming heart-healthy wild
game! Kim doubles as the WildCheff's Creative Director.

| WildCheff - Southeast Culinary Team Member - Jodi Smith |
Jodi Smith represents
the WildCheff Southeast Culinary Team. Jodi is a great example of an outdoorswoman that combines
her passion for pursuing fish and game with cooking it in a unique and sumptuous manner. Jodi acquired her love for cooking
fish and game while growing up in Utah from a very unusual individual; her grandmother!!! Following her heritage, she enjoys
hunting and fishing for game in the Southeast – harvesting and filling her freezer with alligator, deer, waterfowl,
wild boar and varieties of fish. Jodi believes in eating natural meats and fish in a self-sustaining lifestyle. She incorporates
WildCheff Cooking Products into her cuisine and shares her knowledge and passion through providing recipes for other

Team WildCheff Staff Member - Ken Kreis Sr. has been making a tremendous
difference in the lives of sportsmen for more than 20 years.
As a conservationist,
writer, editor and outdoor advocate Ken continues to bridge the gap between sportsmen, women and children hunters, and land-owners,
in order to build effective relationships that have resulted in the successful implementation of deer management strategies.
Additionally, Ken has served in a leadership role as the president of
New Hampshire’s largest Conservation and Stewardship Organization,
the New Hampshire Wildlife Federation and as a volunteer Bow hunting Instructor for the NH Fish & Game Department,
as well as other local and national organizations that promote conservation, gun-ownership rights, hunting, and the
sustainability of harvesting game as a renewable resource. Ken is also an active member of the New England Outdoor Writers Association and
as an active member of the New England Deer Farmers Association has a herd of almost 40 elk that he raises to promote healthy
awareness of consuming free-range and organic wild game.
As WildCheff’s
Promotions Manager, Ken’s role within the WildCheff Team is with promotion of the WildCheff concept to sportsmen, individuals
and organizations who have an interest in eating healthy and need a solid resource for educating them on efficient field to
table principles.
