TEAM WildCheff Meat Master - Donny Moore

Born and bred in the great State of Maine, Donny has established himself as accomplished authority on all aspects of butchering and handling all forms of game meat.

I have personally witnessed Donny's expertise with processing wild game and it is truly impressive. Donny is a featured meat expert for our WildCheff Cooking Academy Clinics, helping us to teach outdoorsmen the proper care and processing techniques for making the most out of their harvested wild game.
