Here's what our clients/customers are saying...

“When Dennis
asked me to provide an honest testimony for his website I thought that my testimony would be a long one, as I started tasting
some of his first game dishes over 25 years ago. I have experienced his style of wild game cooking since its inception, and I have to state
that his skill level is unparalled. I have eaten his individual game recipes all the way to his full-blown wild game buffets
and all I can say is wow!!! There usually is not much talk at the table when he cooks, as we are too busy enjoying his creations.
He truly has been labeled the WildCheff for good reason. I have never tasted recipes for game that even come close to what he brings to the game table. His herb
blends add a dimension to the flavor of game that enhances every dish that he prepares and I use them religiously! We look forward to him coming to deer
camp every year in anticipation of what he will come up with next!!!” D Moore, Maine
"YAY!!!! I'm so excited it's disgusting. I used the dried roasted garlic the other day in my beef stew. I was adding some
re-consituted mushrooms and I thought to add them in. It was a revelation. The soaking liquid from those 2 things alone could
make an amazing soup. It was phenominal. I think I'm going to attempt a curry next week...seeing as how I can't stop randomly
picking up the curry blend and burrying my nose in it!"
We
have been using our Wild Cheff seasonings a lot lately! Great Seasoning!!"

Hi Denny,
The
turkey turned out great! It was very moist and had great flavor...brining is definitely the way to go! The cider
was excellent as well....the mulling spices were very aromatic and added a nice addition to the cider. Thanks for the
introduction to your spices, we will be (and have been) spreading the word to our family and friends on your new line. --Casey & Ursala/Massachusetts
Denny:
I
brined two turkeys according to your directions and they were delicious! Thank you

Denny, The
Brines were great. My family was impressed. Believe me we have had some great flavored turkey but this was great. Last
year I made an herbal rub. Makes a great crust and aroma, but the flavor is not all throughout the meat like the brine. I
will use it from now on. I am going to suggest it to everyone. Great job! Lenny/Iowa

We
cooked the turkey with the your spice blend for the first time this year. This is very big deal to win over so many cooks vs.
years of the way we always did it. Al/Georgia
One customer was asked to provide his
thoughts recently on the WildCheff Spice Blends. Here was his response:
OH
MY GOD! Yes, they were awesome! Thanks, SB - Ohio
At WildCheff, we pay provide personal attention
to our valued customers. This well known outdoor writer provided his feedback to me on his use of the WildCheff Blends. It
seems that he liked it so much he was hesitant to share! :) Yes,
I received it. I sent you an e-mail telling you I enjoyed it very much. In fact, it's the best blend I've ever tasted.
Since then I've used it three more times and tomorrow I'll be using it on the grill. It's great and I sent a small portion
(VERY SMALL) of it to my son in Atlanta. Thanks for everything. Wayne. Here's what others have to
say: HEY hey,...I used some of your "Sagebrush"
seasoning this evening and we LOVED IT !!!!!!!! I added some to the potatoes, mushrooms,
& onions while they were browning - then I added the canned deer meat, and some more of the sagebrush.
It was
a BIG HIT.
Thanx again, Paul
This comes from a colleague that works with one of the top guides in Maine - known for tracking and shooting
trophy bucks. Chris mentions him in his comments below. Hi Denny, I was at Hal's a week or so ago and we had a venison roast and elk roast seasoned with your Wild
Onion Blend. It was delicious! Hal's wife Deb used the Tuscan Blend to make chicken cacciatore and I had left overs from the
night before and that was awesome. Keep up the good work. Best, Chris
