lb of organic cooked chicken, shredded
small flour tortillas
2 C of homemade pica de
WildCheff Tex/Mex Blend
WildCheff Blood Orange Olive Oil
1 C of mole sauce
Place shredded chicken in a bowl and drizzle blood orange olive oil
to lightly coat. Season with desired amount of WildCheff Tex/Mex Blend and then gently toss so that chicken is well seasoned.
If chicken is still warm, you are all set to assemble your tacos. If not, heat up seasoned chicken in a cast iron pan until
warmed through, then assemble tacos.
To make the tacos take a flour tortilla and place some chicken pieces
on it, then sprinkle pica de gallo, desired amount of mole sauce and then cilantro. Enjoy alone or with rice and beans.
