Now we are seriously entering the danger zone!!! Is that Kenny Logins I hear in the background??? This amazing cake recipe will surely have your St. Patty's Day guests jumping and feeling like they have the "Luck of the Irish!"!!!

Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 Cup of Guinness beer                                                                                                                                                                                                
1Tbsp of WildCheff Pie Spice Blend
¾ Cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Cups of organic all-purpose flour
2 Cups of organic sugar
1 ½ tsp of baking soda
¾ tsp of salt
2 large organic brown eggs
2/3 Cup of low-fat sour cream

Directions
Melt the butter in a sauce pan, remove from heat and let cool a bit.Mix in the Guinness and cocoa powder. Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
Mix the eggs and sour cream in another large bowl. Mix the Guinness mixture into the egg mixture. Now mix the dry ingredients into the wet.
Pour the batter into one or two greased and parchment-lined circular cake pans.Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until a toothpick pushed into the center comes out clean. If you decide to bake it in a single pan then it should take about 40-50 minutes. If you bake it in two cake pans then it should take about 20-30 minutes.
Bailey's Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients

4 oz of low-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
1 Cup of confectioners sugar
3 Tbsp  of Bailey’s Irish cream

Directions

Mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Drizzle over cake after it cools a bit.
