hard boiled eggs, shells removed
3-4 Tbsp of
mayonnaise
1 tsp of WildCheff
Cajun Blend
1 tsp of dried
mustard
Directions
Cut eggs lengthwise in half
and transfer yokes to a bowl. Add mayo, Cajun Blend and dried mustard and mash the yokes while stirring to incorporate all
the ingredients.
Fill the cooked halves with the mixture (approximately 1 tablespoon each) by slightly
mounding. Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to eat.
