WildCheff Red Snapper & Coffee
Butter
Ingredients
1 T of Fresh lemon juice
1 T of Instant coffee powder
1/4 C of Butter, melted
1 T of WildCheff Lemon/Pepper Blend1 tsp of WildCheff Seafood Blend
4-6 Boneless Snapper fish fillets
Directions
Combine all ingredients except fish fillets. Brush
mixture very thickly onto fillets.
Grill over direct coals or on your gas grill for about 5 minutes per side until
fish flakes with a fork (you can broil in oven also).
Brush the fillets with the coffee butter again (if you have
any left) and serve with flavored rice and seasonal veggies. Note: This recipe can be
use with any firm white fish that can be grilled i.e. swordfish, blue marlin, catfish, etc.
