Ingredients

lbs of ground bear meat
1/4 C of sweet onion,
chopped
2 T of WildCheff Tuscan Sausage
Blend
2 C of fresh parmesan cheese,
shredded
1/2 C of bread crumbs (I like the progresso
Parmesan one for this recipe)
2 Tbsp of organic
milk
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 organic egg, scrambled
WildCheff Basil Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of WildCheff Blood Orange Olive Oil
1 package of boil-in-a-bag brown rice
2-3 cans of roasted tomatoes
1 small can of tomato sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drizzle small amount of WildCheff Basil Olive Oil to coat a large casserole
dish.
In an extra large bowl, mix ground
burger with ingredients; to include 2 tablespoons of WildCheff Blood Orange Olive Oil and form into balls. Place
meatballs into casserole dish and then pour tomatoes and sauce over them.
Place into oven for approximately 20-30 minutes until cooked through. Serve with seasonal
veggie and rustic crusty bread.
