Ingredients

lbs of Ground bear meat
1/4 C of Chopped onion
2 T of WildCheff Tuscan Upland Game Blend
2 C of Fresh parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 C of Bread crumbs (I like the progresso Parmesan one for this recipe)
2 T of Milk
1/2 tsp of Black pepper
1 Egg,
scrambled
Olive oil
1 Package of boil-in-a-bag brown rice
2-3 Cans of roasted
tomatoes
1 Small can of tomato sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drizzle small amount of olive oil to coat a large casserole dish.
In an extra large bowl, mix ground
burger with ingredients; to include 2 tablespoons of olive oil and form into balls. Place meatballs into casserole dish and
then pour tomatoes and sauce over them.
Place
into oven for approximately 20-30 minutes until cooked through. Serve with seasonal veggie and rustic crusty bread.
